He must have similar interests to me.

He must work in finance.
However, this checklist approach is not what will get you the right man.
You might find a man who ticks all the boxes on your checklist, but this does not necessarily mean he will make you happy.
Focus on Feelings, Not Checklists
How does your Relationship Happy Ever After make you FEEL?
How does your dream man make you FEEL?
What emotions, feelings, or physical sensations in your body?
Safe? Loved? Feminine? Soft? Protected? Warm? Taken care of? Relaxed? etc.
Most likely — the man who actually makes you happy will not come in the package you expect.
He will most likely not ‘tick all of your boxes’ (or even any of them!).

Shifting Your Criteria
Instead of using this ‘checklist’ as your criteria, use your Happy Ever After feelings as your criteria for meeting men.
After every date, or interaction with a man, instead of asking yourself:
Does he tick the boxes? How many things on my checklist does he meet?
Ask yourself:
Did he make me feel my happy ever after feelings? Did I feel safe with him? Calm? Special? etc.
