5 Ways I Connect to My Feminine Energy on a Daily Basis

Do you want to be more feminine?

As a feminine energy coach, I’ve discovered and practiced several daily habits that help me be more in my feminine energy.

These practices not only transformed my own life but have also been game-changers for my clients.

Here are five ways I connect to my feminine energy on a daily basis:

1. I SPEAK FROM MY FEELINGS

When communicating, I try to focus less on thoughts and facts (what I’m thinking, what I did, where I went, who I saw) and instead, I focus on sharing my feelings, sensations, and emotions with everyone, especially my partner.

Examples:

  • When my partner asks how my morning was, instead of saying, "Fine, thanks. Busy this morning! I had some client coaching calls and then I met my mum for coffee," I might say, "It felt fun to meet mum for coffee. How’s your morning going?"

  • If my partner asks about my evening plans, instead of detailing, "I’m going to do a face-mask, run a bath, and do some stretching," I might say, "I’m going to have a self-care evening tonight. I feel excited about it! What are your plans?"

Masculine energy is about thoughts and facts.

Feminine energy is about feeling and emotion.

Sharing your feelings and emotions makes you irresistible to provider, masculine men and gets men to be more in their masculine.

2. I ALLOW MYSELF TO FULLY FEEL

Whenever I experience an uncomfortable emotion (eg. anxiety, confusion, loneliness, guilt, fear, anger, resentment, exhaustion, disappointment, frustration, unworthiness, or boredom, etc.), I don’t distract myself from it, push it away, suppress it, ignore it, judge it, or attach thoughts to what the feeling means.

Instead, I bring all my attention to my body and notice where in my body I can feel those emotions.

3. I WATCH OUT FOR WARNING SIGNS

I stay vigilant for warning signs that I’ve gone too much into my masculine energy: feeling unappreciated, frustrated, resentful, and/or exhausted.

As soon as I notice myself feeling any of these things, I stop whatever I’m doing and turn my energy inward.

4. I APPRECIATE MY MAN

I am thankful and appreciative.

I thank my partner for everything he does for me and everything he gives to me.

I make sure he knows that his efforts are acknowledged and appreciated.

Examples:

  • "Thank you for stopping in the shop on the way home from work. I appreciate you."

  • "Thank you for washing up after dinner last night. It felt relaxing to wake up this morning to a clean kitchen."

  • "Thank you so much for planning this date for us. It makes me feel really loved and special that you did this."

  • "Thank you for dinner. It felt so lovely and I really appreciate it. I feel taken care of."

  • "Oh my gosh, these flowers make me feel so happy. Thank you so much."

When I first discovered the concepts of polarity and masculine and feminine energy, appreciating my partner was the first thing I implemented, and it changed things up in my relationship fast.

5. I LISTEN TO OTHERS FULLY

When others are talking, I listen attentively to what they are saying.

I imagine standing in their shoes, feeling what they are feeling, seeing what they are seeing.

I try to focus on listening only to them rather than the voice in my head that is thinking about what to say next.


The five practices outlined above offer a roadmap for being more in your feminine energy on a daily basis.

By speaking from our feelings, allowing ourselves to fully feel, watching for warning signs of too much masculine energy, expressing gratitude, and practicing listening fully, we become more feminine.

My journey of practicing soft femininity has not only transformed my own life but has also empowered many of my clients.
