How to Stay in Your Feminine Energy When You’re Upset or Angry
Navigating feelings of upset or anger while staying rooted in your feminine energy can be a challenging task for many women.

The truth is that ALL of your emotions are your feminine energy — there is no emotion more ‘feminine’ than the other.
Emotions are feminine energy in themselves.
Thoughts are masculine energy — emotions are feminine energy (ALL of them).
HOWEVER — a woman in her feminine energy also knows that her emotions — her pain, her anger, her hurt, etc. — are HER’S.
She takes responsibility for emotions and she doesn’t blame others for her emotions or spew her emotions onto them.
This does not mean she supresses them, hides, them, pushes them down, or tries to make them go away.
On the contrary — she really FEELS them, acknowledges them, accepts them, validates them, and LOVES them.
AND she EXPRESSES them with a man — in a way that makes it all about HER, rather than what a man did or didn’t do or making him wrong.
In conclusion, it’s not about how to ‘stay in your feminine energy’ when you’re angry or upset, because you already ARE in your feminine energy.
It’s about what you do with that upset and anger — acknowledge it, feel it, love it, accept it and express it in a feminine energy way, rather than ‘not showing’ it or blaming a man for it.
